1. Introduction

MDM Lista ("the App") is a file management application developed by Sitos Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Data We Collect

Data stored locally on your device (never sent to us):

• Files you add to the App (PDFs, images, text files, Word documents, photo batches)
• Tags, playlists, and organizational metadata you create
• App preferences (language, theme settings)

Data collected by third-party services:

RevenueCat collects your subscription status, purchase history, and an anonymous device identifier to manage your in-app subscription. RevenueCat does not receive your files or personal content.

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Analytics or usage data
• Crash reports
• Location data

3. How We Use Your Data

All file and organizational data you create is stored locally on your device only and is used solely to provide the App's core functionality. We do not access, transmit, or store your files on any server. Subscription data is processed by RevenueCat and Apple to verify your Pro subscription entitlement.

The App uses the following third-party services:

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services.

5. Data Storage & Security

• All your files and data are stored locally on your device using SQLite and the device filesystem
• No data is transmitted to our servers
• Backups (.mdmlistabak files) and playlist exports (.mdmlista files) are created locally and only shared when you explicitly choose to share them

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access: All your data is directly accessible within the App
• Delete: Use the App's reset feature or uninstall the App to remove all data
• Export: Use the built-in backup/export features to export your data at any time

For EU users (GDPR) and California users (CCPA): we do not sell, share, or process personal data on our servers, so these regulations have minimal applicability — but we respect these rights by design.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

MDM Lista offers a freemium model:

• Free: Up to 50 files
• Pro: Unlimited files (monthly or annual subscription)

Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment card details. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. To cancel, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The updated policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
